It’s comfort in motion.

Kneading starts in kittenhood while nursing and sticks around for life as a sign of safety, love, and trust, says @dixhillsanimalhospital

When your cat presses those little paws into you, they’re not just making biscuits. They’re marking you as theirs and saying, “this is my happy place.”
